Tenant Improvements

A Tenant Improvement (TI) is a structural modification made to a property to better meet the custom preferences of a particular tenant. For Inland Fixture this includes expansions, remodels and demolitions. Within these broad categories, our services include, but are not limited to the following:

Example Client Scenarios

Remodels

Inland Fixture is working at a Carmax location for the next month and a half. Carmax has their shop and tech bay alongside a district office that isn’t used anymore. Since Carmax has added quite a few female technicians, Inland Fixture is creating a new women’s locker room and restroom in what used to be the district office.

Store Openings

J. Crew gives Inland Fixture plans to create a new store in the mall. J. Crew starts with an empty shell. Inland Fixture goes in and sets up fixtures, installs new flooring, paints it, installs new ceiling tiles, and everything else – all matching J. Crew’s brand colors and style guide.

Store Closings

A store moves or closes for any number of reasons. Inland Fixture demolishes everything and brings it back down to a shell.
